If you’re looking for a drink that tastes like a tropical getaway, this Iced Aloha Matcha Latte is definitely it. This refreshing, smooth drink feels like a little vacation with every sip Made with creamy coconut milk, ceremonial-grade matcha, sweet coconut syrup, and rich macadamia nut syrup. It’s a delicious Japanese-inspired drink with a Hawaiian twist that gives you gentle energy throughout the day and tastes WAY better than any coffee shop version. Plus, it comes together in just a few minutes and naturally dairy-free.

What is Matcha?
Matcha powder is made from ground green tea leaves. When you brew a cup of tea with green tea leaves, you’re only getting part of the leaves. However, matcha is the entire tea leaf ground up into a powder. As a result, matcha has approximately 10x more nutrients than regular green tea! My youngest daughter, Kori, and I absolutely love it and think it’s delicious, especially as an Iced Aloha Matcha Latte. Trust me, you’ll fall in love with it too.
The BEST matcha: Always use a vibrant green color ceremonial-grade matcha like, Tenzo. Matcha or green tea powder that’s dull green typically won’t taste very good and will be bitter.
Matcha powder has a slightly bitter, earthy taste that I love to use in sweet recipes like smoothies, milkshakes, frosting, doughnuts, and ice cream. Plus, you can grab this Matcha Kit that has all the perfect tools to make fancy, authentic matcha.

The Secret That Makes This Latte So Good
It’s not just the combination of coconut and macadamia nut syrups that gives this matcha latte a smooth, slightly nutty sweetness of perfection. The secret is in the brand, Monin! This syrup brand makes an INSANE difference in flavor because it’s naturally sweetened, NO artificial anything, gluten-free and vegan. Every flavor is delicious, but grab these for this yummy latte:
The coconut milk makes it extra creamy while keeping it light and refreshing over ice. It’s sweet without being overpowering and has that perfect balance of tropical flavor and rich matcha goodness.

A Tropical Matcha You’ll Crave Again & Again
This Iced Aloha Matcha Latte is creamy, refreshing, and packed with tropical flavor in every sip. It’s the perfect homemade drink for early mornings, afternoon energy boosts, or anytime you want your kitchen to feel a little more like paradise.
