  2. This is literally the easiest and best guide to GF sourdough starter and bread! I was so scared to even try this before I found Nikki’s guide, because there was always a million steps and is was so time consuming and many said it just didn’t work well with GF flours. Well, all of that was wrong! Her guide not only gives you easy step by step instructions, but the actually bread making process is SO MUCH EASIER than what you see out there and the bread turns out amazing & delicious!

  3. This recipe is amazing! It is super versatile and forgiving. It is delicious to eat plain, for sandwiches, amazing for French toast and garlic bread. I love that it works well in a dutch oven or as a sandwich loaf.
