This Easy No-Bake Protein Balls recipe is one of my favorite healthy snacks! Whether you need a quick breakfast on the go, an afternoon pick-me-up, or a post-workout snack, these protein-packed bites are the perfect solution. They’re gluten-free and dairy-free, soft, chewy, naturally sweetened, and full of ingredients that will keep you feeling satisfied between meals. I always keep a batch in the fridge because they’re the first thing everyone reaches for when hunger strikes!

The Perfect Healthy Snack
Life gets busy, and having healthy snacks ready to grab can make all the difference. These protein balls are made with simple pantry staples that come together in one bowl, making them one of the easiest recipes you’ll ever make.
They’re chewy, satisfying, and naturally sweet, giving you lasting energy without the crash that comes from processed snacks.
Whether you’re packing school lunches, fueling up before a workout, or looking for something sweet after dinner, these energy bites are always a great choice. They always disappear faster than I think they will in our house too!

Easy Variations & Swaps
I LOVE these protein balls because I can easily customize them with favorite flavors or what I have on hand in the pantry. Some of our favorite variations are:
- Chocolate Peanut Butter: Add cocoa powder with the dairy-free chocolate chips
- Lemon Blueberry: Add lemon zest and dried blueberries
- Coconut Almond: Mix in shredded coconut and chopped almonds
- Pumpkin Spice: Add pumpkin pie spice with the pumpkin seeds
- Birthday Cake: Stir in naturally colored sprinkles with vanilla protein powder
- Make them Vegan: Swap the honey for maple syrup
- Protein powder – Feel free to use any protein powder you like. I recommend a vanilla protein powder or an unflavored one. My go-to is Just Ingredients DAIRY-FREE Vanilla Protein Powder.
There are endless ways to make them your own!
