Crisp, vibrant green beans sauteed to perfection! This classic French recipe is buttery, garlicky, and nutty, but can be made gluten & dairy free easily! Plus, the kids LOVE it! They’ll eat a pile of green beans this way, making this a go-to side dish in our house!

Notes & Tips:
We love having these green beans with steak, chicken, turkey, or even adding to a holiday meal. They truly pair well with any protein and some warm gluten-free sourdough to round out the meal!
If you have dairy allergies, don’t worry, our house does too! We just swap the butter for a dairy-free butter like Earth Balance.
Storage: Leftovers store really well in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat in the microwave or in a saucepan until heated through.
