This dairy-free Caesar dressing is our go-to because it’s creamy, flavorful, and so easy to blend together. It has that classic garlicky, lemony Caesar taste we all love, but made with simple ingredients I usually already have on hand. Perfect for tossing with a big family salad or drizzling over wraps when dinner needs to come together fast.

Dairy-Free Caesar Dressing
This dairy-free Caesar dressing is our go-to because it’s creamy, flavorful, and so easy to blend together. It has that classic garlicky, lemony Caesar taste we all love, but made with simple ingredients I usually already have on hand. Perfect for tossing with a big family salad or drizzling over wraps when dinner needs to come together fast.
Ingredients
- 4 tsp olive oil (we like to use avocado oil)
- 1 cup mayonnaise homemade or store-bought
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 – 2 tsp anchovy paste
- pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions
- Using a blender, pulse all ingredients together until it becomes smooth & thickens. Be careful not to blend too much or it will become watery. Taste & adjust seasonings and anchovy paste if needed. Serve right away!
Notes
Store in a airtight mason jar for a couple weeks in the refrigerator.
