If you’re looking for a smoothie that actually keeps you full, tastes like sunshine, and is secretly loaded with nutrition…I got you!

This Strawberry Mango Glow Smoothie is creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with the good stuff: chia seeds, flaxseed, Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt, plant-based milk, vanilla protein powder, frozen fruits, and a drizzle of agave. It’s the kind of breakfast or snack that feels like a treat but fuels you like a meal.

And the best part? It takes five minutes. Five.

I know you’ll love it, but let’s talk why:

It’s fruity, slightly tropical, and has that milkshake-like texture without feeling heavy.

  • Protein-packed thanks to Greek yogurt and clean vanilla protein powder
  • Loaded with fiber from the chia and flax
  • Naturally sweet from frozen strawberries, mangoes, and a touch of agave or honey
  • Creamy and thick without needing bananas

It only takes a few minutes to throw together making it perfect for busy mornings, a post-workout refuel, or a refreshing snack on a sunny summer day. My girls love to make smoothies for sports practices or game days, even just random snacks because they eat nonstop being year-around teen athletes. IYKYK. =) Kori, my youngest daughter and the one behind a lot of these recipes, created this smoothie deliciousness and it’s a go-to for them.

The secret to all the creaminess:

The secret is using frozen fruit. Frozen strawberries and mangoes create that thick, frosty texture without needing ice (which can water everything down).

Using a clean, but delicious tasting protein powder makes a huge difference too. Our favorite protein powders are from Just Ingredients because they’re just that. Clean. Made with real food ingredients and casein-free which makes it easier on your stomach. You can check out their amazing clean products and grab 10% off with my code: NICOLEROSS here!

The Greek yogurt adds the richness, while the plant-based milk keeps it smooth and blend-able.

If you like it thicker? Use less milk.
If you want it sippable? Add a splash more milk.

Chia seeds and flaxseed are tiny, but they’re a fantastic combo that add BIG benefits. The fiber aides in digestion and the healthy fats keep you full longer, so you’re not hungry an hour later.

Ideas to make it your own:

  • Swapping out the mango for pineapple or orange for a tropical twist
  • Adding a scoop of acai powder to make it an ultimate superfood smoothie
  • Using honey instead of agave
  • Adding spinach or kale (you won’t taste it!) to get more greens
  • Topping with extra chia, granola, and freshly sliced banana for a smoothie bowl version…maybe even add a drizzle of peanut butter over top

Simple. Nourishing. Delicious.

If you make this smoothie, I’d love to know how you customize it!
