Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mango frozen
  • 1/2 cup strawberries frozen
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup milk plant based (add more depending on thickness wanted)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 1/2 tbsp agave or honey
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed. Scrape down the sides when needed and continue blending. If the smoothie needs more liquid, you can add more milk or cold water to your liking. Enjoy right away!

Notes

Dairy-free: you can use any plant-based milk, we prefer cashew, almond, or coconut milk. Also use dairy-free yogurt.
Ideas to make it your own: swap out the mango for pineapple or orange for a tropical twist, add spinach or kale, add a scoop of acai powder to make it an ultimate superfood smoothie, and use honey instead of agave.
Smoothie bowl: Topping with extra chia, granola, and freshly sliced banana...maybe even add a drizzle of peanut butter over top.
