This fresh Pico de Gallo is one of my favorite quick recipes—bright, zesty, and full of flavor. Ripe tomatoes, crisp onions, fresh cilantro, and a little lime squeeze make this the perfect salsa that comes together in 10 minutes. We LOVE putting this salsa on tacos, nachos, chips, scrambled eggs, and just about anything else.

I love keeping a batch in the fridge for the week. My kids love it too, which is always a win. This is the kind of recipe that makes simple meals feel fresh and a little more special—and honestly, it’s one the whole family loves.

Fresh Pico De Gallo
Ingredients
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 1-2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1-2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 onion chopped
- 6-8 tomatoes diced (I use a variety from the garden at times)
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the cilantro and combine it in a large bowl with the garlic and lime juice. Mix well and let sit.
- Chop the onion and tomatoes. Then combine with cilantro mixture and stir well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
